Adrian is one of the few who attends the European Federation of Periodontology Master clinic in Paris and has returned from the 2-day EFP Master clinic focusing on aesthetic results for patients receiving dental implants.

500 of the Worlds expert Periodontologist (gum experts) attended to spend 2 days sharing with world leading experts the latest micro surgical techniques which can be used to achieve the best aesthetic outcomes for their patients.

This is part of Adrians on-going program of ensuring he is at the forefront, bringing the most modern and sophisticated methods to his patients ensuing they receive the most idealised outcomes for their care.

Lecturing

Adrian leads another day long hands on surgical and micro-surgical course for post graduate dentists.

Teaching is an important part of his work and he has been presenting full day surgical courses for 10 years. These involve lectures seminars and surgical demonstrations, where dentists are taken through new surgical techniques on models. The feed back is always very positive as the delegates are able to practice the new techniques under guidance refining their skills.

Team Management of Periodontal Disease

Adrian joined his dental hygienist colleague Jennie Haywood-Hull who were invited to present an evening lecture in Southampton.

Adrian and Jennie were asked to present their integrated talk on the Team management of Periodontal disease to the Wessex Dental implant group.

A group of dental surgeons and hygienist were in the audience to hear a presentation, this enabled the delegates to gain an overall feel for the team management of this and challenging group of patients.

This style of interactive presentation with two members of the dental team is innovative and popular as Adrian and Jennie are regularly asked to present to similar groups around the UK.

Adrian’s Christmas jumper

Long standing patient Mrs Roper kindly made Adrian a Christmas jumper to wear over the Christmas period !

Mrs Roper is a great seamstress and kindly brought Adrian the present. Adrian was thrilled with the jumper and the photograph shows Adrian and Mrs Roper .
Adrain thanked the lady profusely but Mrs Roper said she was delighted to give a small present of her appreciation as “he had changed he life with the work you have done on my teeth”
