Single implant supported porcelain crown
This young girl presented following a night out celebrating with friend. She had unfortunately tripped when out in town, falling off her high heels and onto the pavement, fracturing her central tooth at the root.
After her own dentist had stabalised her mouth she was obviously keen to restore her smile and enable her to avoid wearing the temporary denture she had been given.
With careful 3 D planning and placement of a single dental implant a period of healing was observed to allow the implant to bond to the bone. This is usually around 6-12 weeks. The gum was reshaped and bone re built to ensure the prefect profile could be achieved.
The lady was delighted with the final result which re-created her smile and meant the implant supported tooth was in distinguishable from her natural teeth
